All payments made for subscriptions, plans, or services on Parentingg are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Once a payment is successfully made, the user will get access to the subscribed content for the duration of the plan. The company is not liable to refund any amount for partial use, unused days, accidental renewal, or user dissatisfaction.
Refunds will only be considered if there is a proven case of double payment or a clear technical error at the company’s end - and even then, only after internal verification.
All decisions regarding refunds or credits will be made solely by AppKPL Edtech India Private Limited, and the company’s decision will be final and binding.
